    I've shopped around realtors given the tough Seattle market and I found a gem in Annelize!! I'm a first time home buyer in a tough market and Annelize was so extremely detail oriented, proactive and her expertise was the entire reason I won my offer. I have no reason to embellish and I normally don't write reviews, but felt compelled to due to her above and beyond efforts. Do yourself a favor and seek her out if you need a Seattle Realtor and Market Expert who will go to bat for you and see around corners with your best interest in mind.
